An outdoor, large scale touch screen experience located outside a flagship store, designed to capitalize on the Alex & Ani brand to drive brand awareness, and provide a uniquely personal, sharable user experience.

A redesign of the corporate face of eBay including the careers section. Shining light on the many facets of this iconic Silicon Valley company, this redesign includes an articulation of the branded house portfolio of companies overseen by eBay, and cohesively & responsively articulating the brand statement during a transitional period for the company.

Product design focused UX for the CMP platform, synthesizing strategy, data, and audience insights to produce highly sophisticated digital marketing campaigns. A complex, international development effort, merging codebases and disparate design systems and paterns.

Wet Seal
2007
As part of a full scale redesign of WetSeal.com, I led the user experience design for the Wet Seal Outfitter and community. An innovative merchandising and proto-social media engine, it allowed teen girls to create outfits online, share them with friends, and /or with the whole community. The virtual runway provided the opportunity for other community members to give a thumbs up or thumbs down. Outfits were fully priced and one click to add to cart.

A new site launch for the Circuit City competitor to Geek Squad, named "Firedog." A multi-agency collaboration, I travelled to Virginia for the kickoff & requirements gathering and designed a site that exposed customers to the business offerings and customer proposition, defined the existence of at-launch specific services and established the brand.

This redesign of a flooring products site changed the process of selecting items to a choice of aesthetics, and helped demystify the process of selecting flooring products.

Tassimo is a single use pod coffee system launched by Kraft. This site allowed customers to re-order coffee pods and recieve recurring shipments based on their individual needs.

Tommy Hilfiger T-Photos

In the summer of 2003 Tommy Hilfiger wanted to create a way for beachgoers at Jones Beach in Long Island NY to have their photo taken and view the photo when they got home. In collabration with key stakeholders, I defined a solution that allowed customers to have their photograph taken and retrieve it later online as part of a sweepstakes competition.

A redesign of the site for child tuition site, eSylvan. This project especially focused on messaging to the parents of potential students and explained the various options for study.

This project was a Flash demonstration of the online banking capabilities of ABN Amro banks.

This project was a promotional site for Shakira that incorporated a sweepstakes competition.

This was a complete redesign of the fitness content site for Reebok.

A compehensive international branding and e-commece redesign for the reebok.com site. Innovative at the time, it employed XML driven Flash.
 
Reebok CMS

This project was the creation of specifications for a custom made CMS for the global Reebok product owners that allowed them to create global instances of the site and make language and product adjustments for their market.
 
Fannie Mae

This project entailed redesigning aspects of the mortgage backed securities portions of the Fannie Mae site.

For this project I made incremental changes to user interfaces of a custom database based on rolling feedback from users of the application.
 
PANYNJ Digital Photograph Library

The PANYNJ owned a huge catalog of photographs of the NY/NJ area that was managed via a card catalog system. This project involved designing an electronic content management system to replace the manual process of locating photographs. Sadly, all photographs were lost in the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001.
